Job Description
- Receive, log, tag all incoming Budget Utilization Requests (BUR) according to account codes and cost center.
- Encode and generate budget utilization reports per project.
- Encode updates (transactions) to various monitoring per project (collection monitoring, disbursement monitoring etc.).
- Compile project related documents related to budget.
- Prepare materials for budget-related presentations.
- Update budget records and prepare reports.
- Monitor, track and follow up Budget Utilization Requests (BUR) and other budget-related documents.
- Assist the Budget and Cash Division in all administrative/clerical requirements.
- Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
