Job Description
We are looking for a Remote Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst to join our team at wrrk. Your role involves developing staffing plans for our remote customer service team, utilizing Excel and Google Suite for workforce optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years in workforce management
- Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills
