Job Description
- Graduate of any 4-5 years Engineering or AMT course.
- Valid CAAP License for AMT Graduate (4 years) and/or PRC License for Aeronautical Engineers.
- Has worked in the aviation industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows work orders and instructions given by the Head of the Nondestructive Testing Department.
- Performs equipment standardization in conformity with approved work instructions.
- Conducts material tests using a variety of non-destructive methodologies and technologies.
- Selects, calibrates, or operates equipment for non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Interprets and evaluates test results according to applicable codes or standards.
- Documents NDT methods, processes, and results.
- Finishes inspection on assigned parts and materials.
- Organizes and maintains the NDT room with the proper inventory of tools.
