Job Description
Job Connect Resources Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial records, process transactions, and assist with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, process payments, and manage financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and prepare reports.
- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and tax document preparation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, handle audits, and provide financial data as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information, strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
