Job Description
Overview:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, training & development initiatives.
- Provide HR support, resolve issues promptly, and promote employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
- Above-average interpersonal, communication, & time management skills
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and proficiency in HR systems
- Willing to work onsite in San Jose, QC; can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,00.00 per month
