Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Associate to join our team. As a Service Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal staff and external customers. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to queries via phone and email, and documenting all incidents in our ticketing system.
Key qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a solid understanding of IT concepts. Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.
