Job Description
IT Support Experts serve as frontline technical resources, solving customer problems, providing support, and analyzing technology issues. Requirements include sharp troubleshooting skills, MS 365 Administration expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Windows/Mac OS
- Proven work experience in Technical Support roles
- Familiarity with helpdesk software
- B2 level in English

Pay: Php15,00 to Php18,00 per month
