Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with 6 months experience in the insurance and financial industry. Knowledgeable with ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow. Can start immediately and work a 24×7 schedule.
