Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team. As an Encoder / Non-Voice, you will be responsible for various customer service tasks, including resolving customer issues, matching demands, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products.
- Utilize skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Effectively communicate information to clients and colleagues.
