Job Description
Our client, Womasol Inc., is a private medical company offering top-notch virtual Practice Management Solutions in Australia. Their team with over 30 years of experience excels in managing Medical Practices Admin and Operations, Patient Support, HR, and Technical Support. They aim to provide expert knowledge and support from Virtual Medical Staff to enhance healthcare practice.
Primary Objective: To ensure exceptional patient-doctor experience and understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding patient needs and requirements
- Assisting patients via calls, email, and SMS
- Booking appointments and medical procedures for patients
- Managing patient documents and clinic communication
- Calendar Management and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer service within a BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Proficient in MS Office, adaptable to new systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure independently or in a team
- High professionalism, customer-orientation, and confidentiality
- Healthcare industry background is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
Experience: 3 years in customer service required
