Job Description
Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Feed Mill Manager to oversee all operations of our feed mill facility. The Feed Mill Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality and quantity of feed production, coordinating mill activities, managing team members, and maintaining safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all feed mill operations and activities
- Coordinate production processes for efficiency and quality
- Supervise staff and organize work flow
- Maintain inventory records and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage budget and resources efficiently
- Communicate with farm managers and suppliers
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Feed Mill Manager
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- BS degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or relevant field
