Job Description
Salary: Php40,00 – Php50,00 (depending on skills and experience)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Set-up: Pure Onsite | Nightshift schedule
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first contact for technical assistance to customers.
- Remotely troubleshoot desktop, server, printer, and connected device issues.
- Perform troubleshooting for shared resource access, hardware, and software configurations.
- Document work in support ticketing system and route incidents effectively.
- Perform network administration and Active Directory changes.
- Create knowledgebase articles and assist in system management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in Ticketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, 0365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Experience with TCP/IP, IP phones, printer connectivity, and more.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
