Job Description
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial transactions and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the effective use and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
- Must know how to use QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in accounting roles, including experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
