Job Description

• Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting of guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Maintain contact lists
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records. Prepare and monitor invoices
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Hand out employee applications.
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Take and relay messages.
• Coordinate office procedures
