Job Description
Will Cater PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS for Philips Audio and Video products. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing scheduled support to the Service Department following policies and procedures. Core activities include handling after-sales service inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer/client service inquiries
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up for resolution
- Proactively communicate and meet work deadlines
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
Requirements:
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- With or without experience
- Analytic, organized, and motivated
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
