Job Description
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for self-sponsored customers, responsible for responding to various inquiries through phone or in-person.
Responsibilities include:
- Inquiries on training programmes
- Assisting with course registrations and payments
- Handling customer complaints
- Managing class registration rate and booking system
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and strong organizational abilities
Contract Length: 12 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
