Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Marine Engineering.
- 3rd or 2nd engineer.
- Experience vessel on-board is required.
Main Duties
- Monitoring communication for recruitment requirements.
- Sourcing suitable candidates.
- Screening applications & conducting interviews.
- Entering applicant data into PAL Personnel Management System.
- Administering trade tests.
- Reporting to superiors & acting as back-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
