Job Description
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in operations management or food service management are advantageous.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the food service or retail industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
- Proven experience in managing bakery operations, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of bakery operations, including production processes, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics specific to the bakery industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
