Job Description
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Consolidating fit-out plans and overseeing implementation
- Conducting meetings with Project Managers and Contractors
- Checking building plans and preparing reports
- Coordinating material purchasing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design required
- Professional license preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in construction fit-out or related work
- Ability to work independently and adapt to company standards
