Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent support and solutions to their needs.
You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and act as the voice of the customer within the company. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
