Job Description
We are looking for Recruitment Assistants who are motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our friendly team.
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain an active presence on social media platforms
- Track and identify prospective applicants using various channels
- Assess applicants for qualification and skills match
- Visit institutions for partnerships and offer proposals
- Provide seminars-workshops on career choices and personal development
- Assist in the development of recruitment and marketing materials
- Complete administrative functions to ensure applicant sign-ups
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Psychology
- Good communication and computer skills
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Willingness to travel
