Remote – Contract Accountant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting quarterly financial reports in compliance with US state requirements and should have a strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports in accordance with state requirements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the internal team and provide financial insights.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of compliance and financial reporting experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. accounting laws.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
- Based in the Philippines, able to work remotely.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
