Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Experience Center Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.

As a Service Experience Center Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guiding customers through the resolution process
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and making recommendations for process improvements

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
