Job Description
Will be assigned at Amalgamated Project Management Services Inc. (A subsidiary of Asian Appraisal Company Inc.)
- At least 10 years of relative work experience for construction management projects of no less than 2 Mid-rise building projects.
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Sanitary or Chemical Engineering. With a license in the same field.
- Knowledge about the whole construction project management process.
- Provide engineering support to construction management teams during construction projects.
- Must have knowledge in Sewage/wastewater Treatment System.
- Experience in inspecting, monitoring, and supervising the building’s sewage/wastewater treatment system in compliance with approved plans and specs.
- Performs troubleshooting activities such as repairs of minor defects of machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the wastewater treatment facilities.
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.
- Resourceful and resilient. Has an initiative and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Proficiency in any software that is being used in construction management.
- Willing to start on-site (stay-in).
- Willing to be deployed in Batasan, Quezon City.
- Available to start immediately.
