Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a CRM Admin Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operations and effective customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent data management skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of customer service principles. Duties include updating customer records, generating reports, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams.
