Job Description
The role of a Wellness Officer is to promote and maintain a healthy working environment for employees at PHILCARE. You will be responsible for implementing wellness programs and initiatives that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs.
- Conducting assessments of employee health needs and interests.
- Planning and organizing wellness events and workshops.
- Providing education and resources on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness topics.
- Collaborating with other departments to incorporate wellness into the company culture.
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of wellness programs.
