Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and provide excellent customer service
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings
- Monitor reservation systems and update as needed
- Cooperate with hotels to confirm bookings and handle special requests
- Maintain detailed records of reservations and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, with hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
