Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Franchise and Business Development Manager.
- Identifies and sources prospective new franchisees.
- Does business development functions for store network expansion.
- Assists new franchisees in operational proficiency.
- Provides training to in-store staff.
- Explores opportunities for international and local expansion.
- Assists franchisees in marketing strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related business management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Field work with motorcycle and driver’s license.
- Must be willing to travel within Isabela, Cagayan, Tuguegarao.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, day shift, holidays
- Monday to Friday, overtime, weekends
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary, overtime pay, performance bonus
