Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft basic legal documents.
- Liaise with different Government Agencies to secure legal documents.
- Conduct research on laws, jurisprudence, regulations, and other legal articles relevant to the business of the office.
- Processing compliance work of subsidiary companies based overseas.
- Organize and document legal admin works.
- Perform other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related course.
- 2-3 years of related working experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in basic contracts, corporate law, and labor laws.
- Above average English communication skills.
- Possess good attention to detail and organization skills.
- Able to safeguard sensitive and confidential legal information.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
