Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Team Lead to manage our Client Services team in the Philippines. Your responsibilities include handling escalations, managing high call volumes, attending to priority customers, and implementing processes for a luxury brand.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 7 years of client services experience in luxury retail
- At least 5 years of operations management
- Exceptional English communication skills with American accent
- Own laptop, Metro Manila residency, and willingness to work in US timezone
- Available during weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
