Job Description
The position of Recovery/Resolutions Representative – Post Pay Non-Clinical involves managing and resolving unpaid and underpaid medical claims for non-clinical services. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, contacting insurance companies and patients, and negotiating payment resolutions. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for successful resolution of outstanding balances. Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices is preferred.
Key tasks also include documenting all actions taken, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and a proven track record in resolving complex billing issues efficiently.
