Job Description
We are seeking a Cost Estimator – Team Lead to oversee and manage the cost estimation process for complex construction projects, focusing on bridges and buildings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cost estimation, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates. Responsibilities include leading a team, handling tenders, contracts, and project planning, and ensuring high-quality cost analysis and performance management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of cost estimators.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for complex projects.
- Oversee fee estimates, tenders, contracts, and project performance.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis and project planning.
- Utilize cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Work effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Commit to personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in cost estimation, particularly in bridge or building projects.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Client-focused, resilient, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with high motivation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
