Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Knowledgeable in using Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years of overseeing at 4 or more branches
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring sales and utilization using the provided Excel monitoring sheet
- Monitoring staff attendance through Viber
- Monitoring Foodpanda & Grabfood performance daily
- Preparing and sending purchase orders as scheduled
- Preparing weekly schedules
- Coordinating staff leave requests/change-offs
- Addressing basic operational concerns at each store
- Coordinating sales per branch with the Franchisor’s area manager
- Creating Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives with local businesses/offices
- Reporting directly to the Franchise Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
