Job Description
The Payroll & Benefits Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits within the organization. This includes managing the payroll process, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records and update relevant details such as salary adjustments and tax withholding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to answer employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration, as well as excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in payroll software and experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
