Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery/Resolutions Representative to join our Centralized Overpayment team. As a key member of the COPS department, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving overpayment issues efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include analyzing overpayment data, communicating with customers to obtain repayment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes are preferred.
