Job Description
- Handle Lazada, Tiktok, Shopee’s Customer. This is non-voice account. Chatting only.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through interactive communication
- Provide accurate information with the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions; follow up for resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php645.00 per day
