Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with package pick-up/tracking and holding
- Handle missing/misdelivered packages inquiries
- Help customers locate their packages
- Support delivery notification services
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Adhere to IBEX Customer Service company policies
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months continuous international BPO experience required
- Minimum of 2 years college education without back subjects
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Experience in multitasking accounts preferred
- Flexible shift schedule availability
