Job Description
- Handle timely deployment of new hires as per recruitment & manning calendar.
- Monitor Incident/Violation Reports & ensure process compliance.
- Manage attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, verifications, and documentation upkeep.
- Maintain repository of organizational tables, job descriptions, and memos.
- Handle and maintain employee 201 files with confidentiality.
- Prepare and process employee separations & clearances.
