We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at SapientBPO in Ortigas Pasig.
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✓ High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- ✓ Non-BPO experience with excellent communication skills
- ✓ Fresh Graduates welcome
- ✓ BPO experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude with customers
- Respond promptly to inquiries

- Resolve customer complaints
