Job Description
The Workforce Supervisor will oversee the scheduling, performance, and productivity of the BPO workforce. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring staffing levels meet business needs, and optimizing workforce allocation to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management: Develop and manage staff schedules, monitor real-time adherence, and adjust schedules based on call volume changes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics for improvement.
Qualifications:
College Degree, 2-3 years Workforce Management experience, forecasting, scheduling, supervisory experience, handling Lead RTA or Lead WF, and experience in all LOB (Email, chat, and voice).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
