Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and clients regarding all IT related issues.
The responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network problems, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Additionally, the IT Technical Support will assist in the implementation of IT solutions and ensure systems are running efficiently.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role. A degree in Computer Science or related field and relevant work experience are preferred.
