Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Associate is responsible for project development, coordination, and management from start to finish, including post-turnover tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee project development, documentation, permits, pricing, and site concerns.
- Support Project Management, Planning, and Turnover activities.
- Prepare site analysis reports and job orders.
- Coordinate with technical teams for timely project delivery.
- Assist in turnover schedules and punch list completion.
- Report to Business Development Officers/Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate in Administrative, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Immediate start at Pickup Coffee, Makati City.
