Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skills required: Good Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Planning Skills.
- Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Job Description:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and suppliers.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Experience:
- Executive support: 1 year (Preferred).
- Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred).
