Job Description
· Perform cashier duties in a parking management and operation setting.
· Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently which includes processing of payments for parking fees and issuing receipts.
· Provide excellent customer service to customers entering and exiting the parking facility.
· Operate cash registers, and other automated systems and Point of Sale (POS) technology.
· Support other facets of operations as needed (e.g., assisting with traffic flow, coordinating with attendants).
· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
· Perform other related duties assigned by the Parking Manager as the business direction requires.
