Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer literate (30wpm)
- Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
- Open for Highschool grad, undergrad / college graduate
- Mondays to Saturdays
- Willing to a shifting schedule
- Experience as Sales and Customer Service Representative is a PLUS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Input area Information
- Check Pricing of items
- Resolve orders that are incomplete address thru call
- Manage incomplete Orders
- After sales / All customers concerns
- Answer all concerns after noted spiels
- Maintain customer relationship
- Helps rescheduled parcels by the customers
