Job Description:
The Store Crew is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining well-stocked product displays. Duties include welcoming guests, preparing beverages and food, ensuring cleanliness, managing stock levels, and achieving sales targets.
- Warmly welcomes guests and provides outstanding service.
- Prepares high-quality beverages, breads, and sandwiches.
- Maintains cleanliness in all areas.
- Manages stock levels effectively.
- Focuses on meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Possesses knowledge of products and services.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in restaurant operations.
- Barista experience preferred.
- Proficient in operating a POS machine.
- Strong multitasking and customer service skills.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 7 months
