Job Description
As a Deskside Support I, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Your main duties include troubleshooting problems, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Customer service skills and the ability to work independently are also important.
