Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing and routing payment vouchers
- Ensure complete documentation for payments
- Evaluate taxes applicable to expenses
- Coordinate with suppliers and departments
- Monitor payment status and expense filing
- Manage recurring expenses and accruals
- Perform other assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Flexible, initiative-driven, and multitasker
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and independent worker
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
