Job Description
Collaborate with Commercial Lead on developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Account acquisition of new clients & fresh accounts through market penetration in tradeshow, symposium, and convention.
- Develop and identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Cold calling, email blast, LinkedIn and social media engagement for potential clients.
- Create and develop presentation decks for client pitches.
- Oversee and lead projects from ingress to egress.
- Establish relationships with the client and internal project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and prepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support event organization.
- Plan and ensure the successful execution of projects locally and internationally within budget and approved procedures.
- Prepare a detailed project plan, schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Create a budget proposal and cost estimate based on requirements.
- Scout vendors, subcontractors, designers, and other necessary suppliers for the project.
- Prepare needed reports such as production report, post-event report, documentation, etc.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town and overseas projects.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
