Job Description
Clinical Application Support:
- Provide technical support and training on clinical applications to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laboratory information systems and other clinical software.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for medical technologists and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical applications.
- Develop educational materials and resources.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory information systems.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor system performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology; PRC license required.
- Preferably with at least 1 year as a Medical Technologist or CAS.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and clinical software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory workflows and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
